DailyWha provides daily entertainment recommendations powered by AI and third-party data sources. Our services are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
- Use our service to harass, harm, or deceive others
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of our service
- Use automated tools to access our service at scale
2. Content and Accuracy
Our recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendation. Movie ratings, release information, and availability data are sourced from third parties and may not reflect current information.
Film availability on streaming platforms changes frequently. Always verify availability on the platform directly before planning your evening around a recommendation.
3. Intellectual Property
The DailyWha name, logo, and original written content are owned by DailyWha. Movie posters, metadata, and ratings are provided by TMDB and OMDb under their respective terms. Trailers are embedded from YouTube under YouTube's terms of service. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.
4. Advertising
Our service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Ad content is controlled by Google's advertising policies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will meet your expectations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyWha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to watching a film we recommended that turned out to be terrible.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
